Beach villa
There are 45 Beach Villas edging the lagoon, offering the same facilities as the Pool Villas, except for the pool. These villas instead have larger gardens and a small area of private beach. They are located on both sides of the island and guests thus have the option to choose between enjoying sublime sunsets or the beautiful sunrise. Beach Pool villa
All Beach Pool Villas have a direct access to the beach and an unobstructed view of the lagoon. Each is composed of a large bedroom and a bathroom that opens onto the private garden area, where there is an outdoor shower and a private pool. Presidential Water Villa
The secluded Presidential Water Villa, at the far end of the jetty, offers a panoramic view of the surrounding lagoon. SPA
“Infinity” Spa (Managed by Coconut Spa) - Diva Maldives is a haven of peace and wellbeing at the heart of which is its Spa, which has been the subject of special care and attention, with massages that are truly out of this world! Nestling amongst lush, green vegetation, this centre of wellbeing has three sections, one for men, one for women and one for both. The Spa features three saunas, three hammams, two ice rooms, three pools of which two are heated, one whirl pool, outdoor showers and open air relaxation areas. The common area includes a boutique and a room for manicure and pedicure treatments.
DIVING
The Diva dive centre is the gateway to the most beautiful dive sites in Maldives, where parrotfish, rays, clownfish, stonefish and whale sharks abound. Didhoofinolhu provides a great opportunity to explore the coral reef at close hand and see a number of species, most of which are particular to the region. Two dive sessions are organised every day, with 1 instructor for every 4 divers. All instructors are fully trained in safety techniques and are PADI-certified. Beginners' diving courses, for which NITROX gas bottles are used, are also available.
WATER-SPORTS
Apnoea diving, windsurfing, fun tube rides, water skiing, jet skiing, pedal boats and kayaks are all available, as well as catamaran trips. Catamaran sailing and windsurfing lessons are also given by trained staff holding the internationally recognised VDWS certification. For safety reasons and to avoid any noise pollution, motorised activities take place well out into the lagoon.
